Biography

Aaron is a Partner of Onal Gallant Bayram & Amin PC.

Aaron has a Juris Doctor’s degree from New York Law School. While in law school, he served as a fellow of Center for Business & Financial Law where he researched asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities. He was a legal intern at U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer’s office and completed a Summer Associate Program at Yildiz Holding, the parent company of GODIVA.

Mr. Bayram was licensed before the Supreme Court of New Jersey and U.S. District Court of New Jersey. He was an associate at Onal Gallant Bayram & Amin PC prior to becoming a partner in 2020. Aaron represents individuals and businesses on immigration matters including investment/employment-based visas, Green Card sponsorships, Motions to Reconsider/Re-open, waiver of inadmissibility applications and removal cases before the immigration court involving EOIR as well as BIA Appeal cases.

In addition, he is also counseling clients on Intellectual Property in obtaining and maintaining proprietary rights for brands, visual arts, and literary works. Aaron successfully managed numerous cases before Unites States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) and World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO). His clients come from various industries, including media, fashion, apparel, consumer products, internet, corporate sector, and nonprofits.
