Biography

Crew Schielke is Of Counsel to the New Jersey office of Onal Gallant Bayram & Amin PC.

Crew received his law degree from Seton Hall School of Law – Newark. Mr. Schielke served as law clerk to the Honorable Gerald C. Escala P.J. Ch. (Ret.) former Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division in Bergen County, New Jersey. He also interned for the Honorable Robert J. Passero, A.J.S.C. (Ret.) former Assignment Judge Passaic Vicinage and for the Honorable Joseph F. Scancarella, P.J. Cv. (Ret.) former Presiding Judge of the Civil Division Passaic Vicinage.

Crew Schielke’s practice areas include commercial litigation, consumer protection, real estate, probate litigation, and business matters. Crew provides general representation of cooperative and condominium associations and individual property owners and businesses. He also has extensive commercial litigation experience in both state and federal courts including all aspects of pre-trial motion practice, trials and appeals. He represents both individuals and businesses in a wide range of commercial disputes involving business torts, breaches of contractual and commercial lease obligations, and the enforcement of money judgments.

  • Represented a Delaware-based pharmaceutical company in connection with the acquisition of two iconic office buildings in downtown Wilmington, Delaware.
  • Represented borrower/owner in 3 simultaneous Freddie Mac refinances of four multifamily properties located in Delaware, with aggregate financing in the amount of $92,000,000.
  • Represented the lead lender in a $67,500,000 syndicated acquisition and construction facility for a historic building in Wilmington, Delaware.
  • Represented non-profit community organization in connection with a component of a $100 Million redevelopment project in Wilmington, Delaware.
