Biography

Mohamed H. Amin received his law degree from Seton Hall School of Law in 2011. Mr. Amin is an active member of the New Jersey and New York Bar. Mr. Amin occupies and unique position amongst New York and New Jersey Attorneys with his extensive knowledge of Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law, Corporate, Business Law and industry related issues essential to his clients. Mr. Amin has a recognized reputation for skillfully representing, for over ten “10” years, of large developers, commercial & private lenders, international & domestic investors and individuals in a wide variety of real estate transactions. Mr. Amin has represented Commercial and Private Lenders in closing over $500 Million in loans over the past 5 years. Mr. Amin also serves as outside general counsel and closing attorney for several prominent real estate investors and developers in New York and New Jersey. Having seen real estate from multiple perspectives, Mr. Amin offers clients a unique perspective and advantage in his legal representation of both regular purchasers and large-scale commercial investors and developers.

Beyond the firm, Mr. Amin is a highly experienced real estate investor and developer in the State of New Jersey and New York, developing projects that range from single family to 70-unit residential buildings.   • Represented borrower/owner in 3 simultaneous Freddie Mac refinances of four multifamily properties located in Delaware, with aggregate financing in the amount of $92,000,000.
  • Represented the lead lender in a $67,500,000 syndicated acquisition and construction facility for a historic building in Wilmington, Delaware.
